Star Wars Racer is the first racing game with the Star Wars name on it. Taking place during the pod race in Episode 1, Racer puts you in the driver seat of more than twenty pods that rip through over twenty tracks. The graphics are excellent, and the sound is very clear. It is VERY fun and easy to learn. The lasting appeal is also great because you can play over LAN and the internet, and it has tons of tracks and pods. It is fairly easy to beat, though, if you work at it for a while. You start out with only a few pods (one of them is Anakin's) and one track. After beating the first track, the next one unlocks, allowing you to continue. You are allowed to pick your earnings. If you pick a large reward for first place, then second through fourth are low, and sometimes nothing. The harder the course, the more you can win. Use the money to upgrade your pod. If you win a track in first place, you get the track favorite's pod. (The track favorite is like the track boss, he is the best of all the racers.) And if you ever fall behind, you can always fire a booster and zoom ahead. The last pod you can win is Sebulba's pod. His pod is loaded with a flame thrower for roasting your opponants. If you are both a Star Wars fan and a racing game fan, then this is for you. And if you like exotic racing games...how much more exotic can you get?

Pros:
Good graphics
Good sound
Cool videos

Cons:
Can cause frustration on hard tracks
Apponant's taunting gets annoying

Objectionable Content:
Mild taunting
Opponants can try to make you crash
Sebulba trys to fry you with his flame jet
